Module 1 Getting started with Claude
Objectives:
- Create and verify a Claude account from scratch
- Navigate all major interface areas confidently
- Configure User Preferences and Memory for work
- Send professional prompts and use the follow-up technique
- Use Web Search to retrieve live premium trend data
Duration: 30 minutes.

Module 2 Projects & Knowledge Bases
Objectives:
- Create and configure a project with persistent instructions
- Upload and reference documents without re-attaching them
- Complete common project tasks from project context alone
- Manage multiple projects for different clients and product lines
Duration: 40 minutes.

Module 3 Skills & Customize
Objectives:
- Understand the difference between Skills and Connectors in the Customize screen
- Write structured skill instructions that produce consistent, professional output
- Create and test the renewal-recommendation-letter skill end-to-end
- Create and test the coverage-gap-analysis skill with RAG rating
- Understand how skills adapt to different client profiles automatically
Duration: 40 minutes.
Hands-On Lab: "Creating and Managing Skills"
Module 4 Connectors – Email (Gmail), Drive & Calendar
Objectives:
- Connect Email (Gmail), Google Drive, and Google Calendar via OAuth
- Triage the inbox, draft responses, and extract action items from insurer email
- Search Drive documents, compare renewal packs, and generate reports
- Review the renewal pipeline and schedule missing client review meetings
- Run a combined three-connector workflow to generate a meeting briefing in seconds
