Power Apps Fundamentals for Administrators

This course provides students with a fundamental introduction to Power Automate from an administrator’s perspective - by building a foundational understanding of the fundamental administration features in Microsoft Power Automate.

Description

This course provides students with a fundamental introduction to working with Power Automate from an administrator’s perspective - by building a foundational understanding of the key administration features in Microsoft Power Automate. This includes the skills needed to manage created Flows and control Power Automate from the Admin Centre.

Students will learn important flow administration skills including how to proficiently work in Microsoft Power Automate and Power Automate Admin Centre, to create, manage and troubleshoot custom Process Flows.

 

Audience profile

This course has been designed to apply to Administrators of Microsoft Automate.
It is recommended that attendees of this course have an existing working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Outlook. It is also helpful to have working experience in power automate – however this course does proceed from an introductory stage.

 

At course completion

After completing this course, students will be able to:

  • Create a Team Flow in Power Automate.
  • Import, export, enable disable and delete flows.
  • Troubleshoot, rectify and re-test flows.
  • Manage the user environment from the Power Automate Admin Center.
  • Create data loss prevention policies.
